Let me know when you are starting the Brueggeman and I might join you....started it rather a long time ago, and dip in and out but would love to attempt it coherently!
Yes, the Brueggemann is quite good, although like Kathryn I read bits at a time. (Sadly true for so many of the things on my shelf).
just wondering if you'd read the Campbell Johnsoon book yet
and what you thought
I've read both of these, and The Prophetic Imagination is one of the most glorious books I've ever touched.
